The Online Music Academy operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee of 15,000 XAF per month
- Payments are processed through Payunit (MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money)
- Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically
- You can cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
4. Content Access
Your subscription grants you access to all published lessons. However:
- Content is for personal learning only
- No downloading, recording, or distributing of content
- No screenshots or screen recording
- Content may be updated or removed at any time
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to:
- Harass, threaten, or bully other users
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
- Impersonate others
- Copy, share, or distribute platform content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on The Online Music Academy is the intellectual property of the platform and its teachers. This includes:
- Video lessons and tutorials
- Text-based lessons and materials
- Music theory content
- Platform design and code
- Logo, brand name, and trademarks
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific learning outcomes
- Accuracy of all content
- Compatibility with all devices
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Online Music Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cameroon.
